A.Tenancy Management
Service
1. Service Includes:
- Leasing service as sole agent,
and tenancy renewal service as mentioned
in point B and C below. Collection
of monthly rental, management fees,
government rates and other outgoings.
- Recovering of rental, management
fees, government rates and other
outgoings in arrears.
- Enforcement of tenancy terms and
conditions.
- Looking after the repair and maintenance
of the apartment premises.
- Serving of notices to tenants
in compliance of relevant tenancy
laws of HongKong.
- Coordination of legal actions
taken against tenants in breach
of tenancy terms and conditions.
- Small claims against tenants and
keeping of accounting records, etc.
- Handle tenant's complaints about
all matters concerning the apartment
premises.
- Weekly inspection of the apartment
premises during its vacancy and
follow-up on any necessary repairs.
- Payment of government rates, electricity
fees and management fees etc for
owners during the period when the
apartment is vacant.
